Gyrotonic ® and Gyrokinesis®
Gyrotonic® is a movement system that uses specialized equipment to promote flexibility, strength, and mobility through spiraling, circular, and wave-like motions. It improves posture, joint health, and body function by supporting dynamic, fluid movements.
Gyrokinesis® is a similar method practiced on a chair and the floor, focusing on flowing, rhythmic motions to stretch and strengthen the body. It helps release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness, making it ideal for stress relief.

Agni Vinyāsa 60'
Lunchtime) Agni (अग्नि, heat or fire) is the invariable agent in the process of pāka (digestion, transformation). It is said that our own transformation is birthed in our navel centre, where digestion takes place. We welcome you to an intense and fluid practice all about building internal heat through strong postures and movements. This class is most appropriate for students who appreciate a very embodied and strong physical practice as a means of diving deeper into themselves.
-
Harmonic Flow Yoga 60'
This type of yoga blends the strength and alignment of Hatha with the fluidity and breath-linked movement of Vinyasa. Each session begins with a mindful check-in, ensuring the practice adapts to how the body and mind feel in the moment. The flow is intentional and adaptable, balancing effort and ease to cultivate both stability and freedom. -
Power Pilates
A mindful practice focused on building strength and restoring balance. With each movement, you connect deeply to your core, enhancing flexibility and posture while fostering a sense of inner calm. Power Pilates gently challenges both body and mind, guiding you to a place of quiet strength and vitality, where energy flows freely and your body feels light, aligned, and centered.
-
Mobility Training
Mobility training is a movement-based practice that blends elements of yoga, dynamic stretching, and strength work to improve flexibility, joint health, and overall body control. Unlike traditional yoga, mobility workouts focus on active range of motion, stability, and functional movement patterns to enhance everyday performance and prevent injuries. Sessions often include controlled movements, breathwork, and deep stretches, making it a fluid yet structured practice for all levels.
