Gyrotonic ® and Gyrokinesis® methods
Gyrotonic® is a movement system that combines spiraling, circular, and wave-like motions to enhance flexibility, strength, and mobility. It focuses on natural movement patterns to improve posture, joint health, and overall body function. The exercises are done using specialized equipment designed to support fluid, dynamic movements.
Gyrokinesis® is a similar method, but practiced on a chair and the floor. It also uses flowing, rhythmic movements to stretch and strengthen the body. Gyrokinesis® helps release tension, improve flexibility, and promote a deeper connection between body and mind, making it ideal for stress relief and increasing body awareness.

Dario is a former professional dancer who, since 2012, has retrained as a coach specialising in the GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️ methods. He is also a shiatsu massage, deep tissue massage and VFP (vascular facilitation process) specialist.
